Considering the global coronavirus pandemic affecting all our families, businesses, communities and our way of life. Ethical Brand Co would like to reach out during this time to update you on how we are approaching this situation.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need. Secondly at Ethical Brand Co, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.
Our management team are closely monitoring and responding to the information being provided by the Australian Government and the Queensland Health department and we have a strict COVID-19 company policy in place. Among other measures, our established cleaning program and personal hygiene protocols have been increased. The use of hospital grade disinfectants is in use throughout our workplace and all team members have received additional instructions on hygiene and sanitisation.
We are taking all necessary precautions as we continue to conduct business as usual. Our administration and marketing team members are working from home, our factory and warehouse team have isolated workspaces and all visitors must not enter our building. With these measures in place our warehouse is still fully operational, and delivery of your product remains unaffected.
Other precautionary measures include avoiding all business travel and in person meetings. Our team is ready and willing to assist wherever possible, however we ask for your support in helping us to avoid face to face meetings during this time.
