Systems Support and Digital Experience Opportunities
THE ROLE
As a fast‑growing business, we’re excited to offer two newly created roles across our Systems Support and Digital Experience teams based at our Coolum Beach HQ. These roles will provide a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital capabilities as we scale nationally and globally. With advanced enterprise systems already in place, you’ll focus on innovation, collaboration and automation to drive efficiency and deliver an exceptional user experience.
The successful candidates will bring proven experience in Information Technology (IT) and a strong passion for digital user experience and eCommerce. While key capabilities are outlined below, we’re open to shaping these roles around the successful candidates’ unique skillsets particularly across Salesforce implementation and integration, IT and infrastructure projects and systems support.
These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in customer‑first environments and are motivated to play a meaningful role in Ethical Brand Co’s continued growth.
 
THE OPPORTUNITY

 
  • We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced individuals with a blend of the following skills and the drive to maximise the impact of these two unique roles:
  • Translate business requirements into robust, user centred technical solutions, collaborating closely with the Digital Experience and IT Managers to enhance end user, performance, reliability and usability.
  • Design and deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions that support automation, reduce manual effort and improve process consistency.
  • Implement reusable components and patterns to support long-term platform maturity and maintainability.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, triage defects and database support tickets and escalate complex or high-risk issues as required.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Configure, maintain and support software and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system and application issues 
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and IT related projects 
  • Assist with company technology asset management 
  • Produce reports across ERP and CRM systems 
  • Maintain internal data integrity and record keeping
  • Liaise with external suppliers and third-party partners
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
 
  • Salesforce development experience
  • ERP system experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • A strong willingness to learn, quickly acquire new skills and proactively problem-solve with curiosity and determination.
 
DESIRABLE
 
  • Software and database development experience
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • IT-related qualifications
  • Cin7 experience (highly regarded)
