All orders are sent via Australia Post. We do our best to ship orders promptly after receiving them which is usually the same day or the next business day (please allow more time during sale or product launch periods).
All deliveries include parcel tracking – the best way to track and manage your deliveries is with the Australia Post mobile app.

International Orders
We use Australia Post Express shipping for international orders which provides tracking and signature on delivery. Ethical Brand Co does not take responsibility for shipping costs on any lost or unclaimed international deliveries. This includes any returns to sender through post office.

Lead Time – International
We ship to over 190 countries and lead-time varies between 5 – 15 days. If for any reason our courier is unable to service your area, you will be contacted directly by our office regarding a refund for your products.
International Duty
Please be aware that each country has its own rules on Duty payable when purchasing goods from overseas. If you purchase our products and the total is over the duty threshold for your country, you may be liable to pay duty. We do not pay international duty on any international orders. If your order is returned to us due to unpaid international duties or is unclaimed, you will be contacted directly by our office regarding a refund for your products.
Australian GST on International Orders
